Angels & Airwaves es un banda de rock alternativo creada por Tom DeLonge ( cantante y guitarrista de Blink 182), David Kennedy, Atom Willard y Matt Watcher ( Fue el bajista de la banda alternativa de rock 30 Seconds to Mars, estuvo en la banda desde 2001 hasta 2007. Se unió a Angels & Airwaves en abril del 2007, reemplazando al bajista anterior, Ryan Sinn.).
Los temas han sido clasificados como Rock and Roll por Tom DeLonge y aseguró que Angels and Aiwaves cambiaría la cara de la música popular.
Han publicado dos discos de estudio: We don’t need to Whisper (2006) y I-Empire (2007) y un DVD: «Start The Machine (2008)»
Parae ste 2009 Angels & Airwaves prepara un album esta llegando mas lejos de lo que esperaban, que saldra a principios/finales del año junto con la pelicula y que superara los anteriores trabajos.
El nuevo cd, lamado LOVE, ha sido un record de descargas on-line.
